People Overview

The People section helps you manage everyone connected to your household—residents, staff, vendors, and contacts.

What's in People?

• Residents - Household members who have access to your household
• Staff - Employees and workers who help manage or maintain your home
• Vendors - Service providers and contractors you work with
• Contacts - General contacts and emergency contacts

Permissions

Both residents and staff use the same permission system. You can control exactly what each person can see and do—from read-only access to full management capabilities. Permissions are organized into three sections (Do, Manage, People) with different access levels (View, Edit, Manage).
