Set up recurring maintenance for your systems:

  • Frequency - Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom
  • System - Link to the system that needs maintenance
  • Description - What maintenance needs to be done
  • Reminders - Get notified before maintenance is due

When maintenance is completed:

  1. Find the maintenance task
  2. Mark it as complete
  3. Add notes about what was done
  4. Record who did the work
  5. Attach receipts or documents (optional)
